摘要: Objectives To compare diameter–axial–polar nephrometry score with RENAL for surgical outcomes after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods We retrospectively reviewed data from 134 patients who underwent nephrectomy, using and scores. We analyzed warm ischemic time estimated blood loss intraoperatively, percentage change in glomerular filtration rate 6 months 1 year postoperatively. Both scores were classified as low-, middle- high-risk, used to the three parameters. Results The median tumor size was 2.3 cm (range 1.0–5.4 cm); 25.4 min 6.5–57 min); at year, 93% 51.7–133.3%) 91% 49.4–137.6%), respectively. There no significant differences between risk groups (P = 0.38 0.09, respectively), but 0.02 0.01, respectively). either year. A total of 27 high-risk cases a seven points nephrectomy safely; all eight converted open nephrectomy. Conclusions Diameter–axial–polar seems estimate complexity characteristics undergoing better than score. It has correlation loss.
