摘要: Objectives To evaluate the utility of diameter-axis-polar nephrometry score to partial nephrectomy outcomes. Methods Renal tumors 127 patients with a functional contralateral kidney who underwent were scored using and R.E.N.A.L scores. The mean tumor diameter was 2.9 cm (range 1.0–8.0 cm) warm ischemic time 27.3 min 12–46 min). All 99mTc- mercaptoacetyltriglycine renal scintigraphy preoperatively 6 months postoperatively assess effective plasma flow. We compared scores estimated glomerular filtration rate, flow time. Results The serum creatinine level 0.84 mg/dL 0.93 mg/dL at postoperatively. rate decreased from 74.2 66.9 mL/min/1.73 m2. Effective operated 73.5% baseline (from 157.0 114.3 mL/min/1.73 m2). Univariate multivariate analyses showed that had stronger association percent change in treated ischemia score. Conclusions Diameter-axis-polar is useful tool for assessment small amenable nephrectomy, it better predicts postoperative changes score.
