摘要: OBJECTIVE • To determine if the RENAL nephrometry score is associated with urine leak after partial nephrectomy for tumours ≤ 7 cm. PATIENTS AND METHODS Thirty-one patients who developed between 1998 and 2006 were identified. Each patient was individually matched (1 : 4 by age, gender surgery date) to 124 had undergone but without leak. Associations of scores each component (Radius; Endophytic; Nearness collecting system; Location) evaluated using conditional logistic regression. RESULTS Mean tumour size 31 3.4 cm (median 3.5; range 1.5-5.9). 8 8; 5-11). unit increase in a 35% increased odds (OR 1.35; 95% CI 1.08-1.69; P= 0.009). On multivariable analysis, that <50% exophytic 16.65; 2.75-100.71; 0.002), completely endophytic 17.02; 2.88-100.55; or located at renal pole 4.34; 1.30-14.53; 0.017) If attributed location reversed (polar given higher score), an 89% 1.89; 1.40-2.55; P < 0.001). CONCLUSION The risk nephrectomy. When assessing leak, reversal may improve prediction.
