摘要: Abstract Population distributions have been determined for the CN(A 2 Π) product of photodissociation C2N2 at 157 nm. These were obtained through use a powerful method we developed estimation rotational state populations from complex overlapped laser-induced fluoresence spectra. The vibrational decrease monotonically v = 0 to 3 and are in qualitative agreement with prior distribution. For each 0–2, well described by phase space theory an available energy 103 cm−1 less than thermochemical value.
