摘要: An exploratory investigation on the oxidation behavior of polymer derived Si-(B)-C-N ceramic in ambient air was conducted this paper. The amorphous oxidized at 1300 °C for 12 h, and products were analyzed by employing XRD, FT-IR TEM. experimental results indicate that undergo a rapid process, are divided into two parts: silica cristobalite phase silica. formation mechanism basis characterization collected DTA curve up to 1100 °C. Furthermore, ceramics deduced based analysis thermodynamic consideration.
