摘要: This paper presents the design of a fully-integrated buck voltage regulator using standard 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The converter employs dual-phase structure to minimize output ripple. controller is implemented hysteretic architecture based on sliding-mode theory. external low-pass filter has been by increasing switching frequency up 45 MHz. proposed monolithic solution, technology, for integration passive components on-chip without need expensive and complicated post-fabrication processes. operates with an input 1.8 V, generates 1 supplies maximum current 400 mA, delivers 53% power efficiency.
