摘要: A novel dwarf mutant of Brassica napus L. em. Metzg., named NDF-1, was derived from a high doubled haploid line ‘3529’ which seeds were jointly treated with chemical inducers and fast neutron bombardment. The germination results showed that the NDF-1 insensitive in response to exogenous gibberellic acid 3 (GA3). studies on growth GA3 seeding has at least 10-fold insensitivity than wild-type. Moreover, no matter what concentrations added seedlings adult plants, could not restore wild type phenotype. These indicated B. GA-insensitive mutant. histological observations key reason leading reduction hypocotyls stems cell numbers.
