摘要: K e y w o r d s Agro-industrial waste, Fusarium oxysporum, lipase, peptidase, solid state fermentation. such as wheat bran (WB) and cottonseed meal (CM), are a rich source of nutrients with low cost. In order to achieve the best production peptidases lipases by filamentous fungus these residues, in different proportions, were analyzed culture medium for solid-state Biochemical characterization enzymatic extract was also studied. The use WB alone demonstrated higher enzyme (228.88 U/mL) when compared media combinations. concomitantly produced serine peptidase both alkaline, high stability over wide pH range some at temperatures. For there strong lost activity against surfactant SDS, whereas lipase (156%) CTAB. possibility industrial adaptation bioprocess prospect commercial application enzymes, detergents, leather industry, agrochemicals, biopolymers biodiesel, confirms that this is valuable alternative obtain biotechnological products added value an affordable cost, while helping solve environmental problems.
