摘要: Background Accurate assessment of the right ventricle is increasingly important. Measures ventricular (RV) systolic function, including fractional area change, tissue Doppler (s′ velocity), and tricuspid annular plane excursion, show significant variation, impacts age gender are unclear. The aim this study was to determine effects on global segmental RV diastolic function using both traditional echocardiographic two-dimensional strain parameters. Methods Detailed transthoracic studies were performed 142 healthy adult volunteers, with particular emphasis dimensions s′ velocity, strain, systolic, early diastolic, late rates. Results Tricuspid excursion ( r = −0.4, P −0.5, Conclusions functional analysis by demonstrates a small yet change in gender, therefore adjustment for these measures required evaluation function.
