摘要: The affected-sib-pair method has been widely utilized for mapping. This methodology is aimed at mapping complex traits which have observed to be familial but Mendelian segregation, even after allowing partial penetrance, not apparent. Indications of linkage are based on the observation nonrandom segregation a marker locus in two affected siblings. We extend this more distant genetic relationships and examine power identity-by-state methods when information only available pairs relatives. depends polymorphism marker, probability identity by descent trait locus, recombination fraction between loci.
