摘要: Studies with chromosomal markers constitute a powerful strategy for demonstrating major gene effects. Recently reported linkages between affective disorders and specific genomic regions have attracted considerable attention in the psychiatric genetic literature (Baron et al. 1987; Egeland al Mendlewicz 1987). However, string of conflicting data has cast doubt on some these findings underscored problems inherent studying complex diseases (reviews: Baron 1990a; Risch 1990a).
