摘要: A procedure for the culture in vitro of isolated small berries Vitis vinifera L. cv. Muscat Alexandria a Murashige and Skoog basal medium supplemented with N6-benzyladenine indoleacetic acid is described. Berries developed well during 60 days tripled size, but remained green smaller than normal grown vivo. Some callus formed on distal end berry, where major skin damage occurred, emerged from cracked berries. In order to examine their biosynthetic competency, which were previously cultured incubated 48 h containing [14C]-labelled water-soluble fraction. The then recultured after glycosidic C18 reversed phase column further separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC). labelled band corresponded geranyl-β-rutinoside marker, indicating have ability synthesize monoterpene glycosides. also consisted other glycosides as revealed gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis aglycones (released enzymatic hydrolysis).
