摘要: Application of a principle reciprocity results in an explicit prediction for the angular pattern fluorescence emission which is detected far field from fluorophore located thin film between two dielectric interfaces. With use method Langmuir-Blodgett deposition, films three different thicknesses were deposited on flat surface hemicyclindrical quartz prism. Each was constructed so as to contain plane fluorophores at specific distance prism/film interface. According reciprocity, distinct predicted each type. The close correspondence data curves with theoretical lends empirical support validity principle. made by this relevant analysis observation angle obtained variable total internal reflection spectroscopy (VA-TIRF) and related techniques.
