摘要: Balb/c mice were immunized with a mixture of fibrin degradation products (XDPs) prepared by complete lysis human bloot clot tissue-type plasminogen activator and purified immunoaffinity chromatography. Spleen cells the fused P3 x 63 Ag 8653 myeloma cells. A clone (FDP 14) was selected that produces monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) IgG1?? type react neoantigenic determinant exposed in these XDPs, but not intact fibrinogen or monomers. Furthermore, MoAb is reactive some pure, individual (fragments X, Y, E, N-terminal disulphide knot) B??-chain A??- ??-chains fragments D, FCB-2 FCB-3. Comparison known primary structures indicates stretch B?? 54-118 comprises at least an important part epitope recognized FDP-14. Apparently, this contributes importantly to functional monomer can be made reduction fibrinogen, digestion plasmin CNBr.
