摘要: Nitrogen deficiency is an effective strategy for enhancing lipid production in microalgae. Close relationships exist among production, microalgal species, and nitrogen sources. We report growth, accumulation, fatty acid composition four microalgae (Chlorococcum ellipsoideum UTEX972, Chlorococcum nivale LB2225, tatrense UTEX2227, Scenedesmus deserticola JNU19) under nitrate- urea-nitrogen deficiencies. found three patterns of response to deficiency: Type-A (decrease biomass increase content), Type-B (reduction both Type-C (enhancement content). are potential candidates large-scale oil production. ellipsoideum, example, exhibited a neutral up 239.6 mg/(L·d) deficiency. In addition, showed only slight influence on fractions composition. Our study provides useful information further screening hyper-lipid strains biofuel
