摘要: Aliment Pharmacol Ther 2011; 33: 592–600 Summary Background  Increased prevalence of respiratory symptoms has been commonly reported in patients with gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Aim  To introduce a novel Lung-Sound-Monitoring device that allows simultaneous measurement both nocturnal and episodes acidic biliary refluxes. Methods  Nocturnal (coughing wheezing) were continuously recorded 20 healthy subjects 30 parallel to combined pH-monitoring Bilitec measurement. Results  Analysis could be completed 25 reflux. A clear temporal correlation phases was detected 49% coughing 41% wheezing events, respectively. Moreover, 89% the 100% events succeeded episodes. Finally, technique capable assessing statistically significant difference between controls regarding occurrence these symptoms. Conclusions  Our pilot study establishes system as unique tool measure objectively gastroesophageal appearance symptoms. It represents useful identify due reflux, therefore one determine quantify impact therapeutic interventions such antireflux therapy on
