摘要: It has been demonstrated, that supercritical CO2 supported by ethanol as a selective component is able to extract lipids from isolates of microbial protein up remain less than 1% already at 11 14 MPa and 39 44 C. can easily separated. Compared with the conventional extraction 70% isopropanol in water destraction advantage resulted obtained greater yield only little decrease solubility.
