摘要: We report on the effect of high temperature annealing reflection spectra synthetic opals. The analysis conditions for simultaneous diffraction (111) planes parallel and inclined to sample surface has shown that both annealed unannealed opals are compressed along growth [111] axis shape SiO2 balls forming opals' close packed structure can be described as spheroidal. parameters were evaluated from angular dependences peak positions in Bragg unfilled glycerol-filled samples. major is due sintering (interpenetration) structural elements maximum 1050 °C leads a 10-fold increase degree spheroid sintering. As result, interspheroid spacing decreases by over 10%, while filling factor increases 0.75 0.96 together with effective dielectric constant opal whole (from 1.74 2.08). Sintering takes place not only between spheroids, but also inside spheroids α-SiO2 nanoparticles constituting them. This results noticeable (by ~7%) spheroids.
