摘要: A nanocomposite in the form of monodisperse spherical mesoporous silica particles (mSiO2) filled with GaN:Eu3+ is synthesized by template method. The method based on capillary impregnation pores mSiO2 a melt crystal hydrates gallium and europium (0.22 wt %) nitrates, followed thermal decomposition ammonia treatment. It shown that contain hexagonal GaN:Eu3+, are shape, do not coalesce each other. photoluminescence spectra mSiO2/GaN:Eu3+ show group lines characteristic intracenter transitions Eu3+.
