Findings expectations were confirmed finding both perceptions congruency coordination. Limitations findings are limited context common tested. Future research should seek broaden in which applicable, additional relationships as theory Practical implications contributes profession number ways. First, it suggests managers can improve IC matching interdependence. For instance, strictly co-located, coordinate workflows using less resource-intensive policies rather than meetings. Second, developed manager's ability measure report unit valid reliable manner. Lastly, also presenting one first empirical confirmations coordination. Originality/value coordination, coordination's fit These value theorists administrators commons.
