摘要: Sebastiscus marmoratus is a typical sedentary fish and usually lives at the bottom of coastal zone from Japan to East China Sea. Next-generation sequencing platform was used obtain microsatellite loci sequences S. marmoratus, among which forty-eight perfect repeats were suitable for primer design. Nine polymorphic markers exploited characterized it. The allele number all ranged 4 12. Expected observed heterozygosity varied 0.302 0.909 0.190 0.625, respectively. In further studies, genetic variation population structure this species would be investigated using these loci.
