摘要: MiRNAs are a family of small, endogenous, and evolutionarily conserved non-coding ribonucleic acids that have been involved in the regulation several essential, cellular, functional processes. MicroRNAs known to play key roles all types cancer function as oncogenes (oncomirs) or tumour-suppressors up-regulation down-regulation processes respectively. potential power be examined prognostic diagnostic biomarkers. Modulating miRNAs, based on two major approaches (miRNA mimics miRNA antagonists), is used for clinical development therapeutic miRNAs. This review emphasizes latest discovery field research cancer, biomarkers, therapeutics.
