MicroRNA-7: a promising new target in cancer therapy

摘要: The incidence of tumors with life-threatening effects has increased gradually over time; however, the mechanisms involved in tumor development have not been fully elucidated. Recent studies shown that microRNA-7 (miR-7), which is endogenous non-coding RNA molecules approximately 23 nucleotides, plays an important role occurrence and as a key suppressor. Mechanistic evidence showed miR-7 closely related to growth, metastasis, prognosis various malignant through regulating different target molecules, suggest may be new for clinical diagnosis treatment tumors. In this review, we summarize current knowledge relationship between development, diagnosis, treatment.
