摘要: Abstract A standard treatment with 25 mg chloroquine base per kilogram body weight was given to 39 semi-immune asymptomatic Tanzanian schoolchildren Plasmodium falciparum parasitaemia. Whole blood and desethylchloroquine concentrations were monitored 12 times during 30 days of follow-up using 100 microliters capillary dried on filter-paper. All but three children had detectable amounts (greater than or equal 10 nmol/l) in their before treatment. The interindividual variations the first week 3.3 5.1-fold for 3.5 6.3-fold desethylchloroquine. In seven RII response vivo, highest determined concentration lower (P = 0.029) others. After treatment, a rough approximation minimum inhibitory vivo made by calculating average after time when parasites increased reappeared again. RII-resistant number median residual whole approximately 790 (range, 444-869) nmol/l. Parasites 147 44-673) We conclude that have an impact outcome classification resistance vivo.
