摘要: Background Collaboration between general practitioners (GPs) and specialists has been the focus of many collaborative care projects during past decade. Unfortunately, quite a number these failed. This raises question what motivates GPs to initiate continue participating with medical in new models. The following two questions are addressed this study: What sustain models for collaborating specialists? What kind collaboration do suggest?
