摘要: Abstract This paper describes the upland erosion algorithm implemented within a two-dimensional rainfall-runoff model (CASC2D-SED) and application of to Goodwin Creek Watershed, USA. Key words CASC2D; distributive; Creek; hydraulics; hydrology; Kilinc-Richardson; rainfall-runoff; surface runoff; erosion; watershed INTRODUCTION Accelerated soil is widely recognized global problem. Erosion encompasses series complex interrelated natural processes that have effect loosening moving away rock materials under action water, wind, other geological agents. In long term, denudation land surface, i.e. removal particles from exposed surfaces, their transport lower elevations, eventual deposition. Sediment has many effects on environment including: (a) depleting productive capacity which it transported; (b) impairing quality water in transported deposited; (c) carrying chemical biological pollutants; (d) creation new delta lands. A quantitative analysis amount sediment supplied stream usually difficult perform because complexity physical involved spatial temporal variability all parameters describing local rainstorms, runoff, erosion, bank processes. The sources aims at estimating total eroded an annual basis, called "annual gross erosion".
