摘要: Abstract: We report a novel rotary piezoelectric motor using bending transducers in this work. Three are used to drive disk-shaped rotor together by the elliptical movements of their driving tips; these motions produced hybrid two first vibration modes. The proposed transducer has simple structure as it only contains an aluminum alloy beam and four pieces PZT plates. Symmetrical is necessary condition design process will ensure resonance frequencies orthogonal modes equal. Transducers with frequency about 53 kHz were fabricated assembled into motor. exhibits good performance on speed torque control. Under working 53.2 kHz, maximum no-load prototype tested be 53.3 rpm 27 mN·m. Keywords: motor; rotary; transducer; multi-feet-driving
