摘要: Abstract This work contributes towards the analysis of pyroelectric behaviour lead-free 0.5Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-0.5(Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 (BZT-BST) ceramics. The coefficient (3.4 × 10−4 C m−2 K−1 at 303 K) was obtained by Byer-Roundy method. figures merit for current, voltage, detectivity and energy harvesting applications are discussed with respect to possible optimization these parameters. All above mentioned dependent on permittivity dielectric loss. Hence, impedance conducted identify dominant contributions in activation energies bulk grain boundary ~1.0 eV ~1.2 eV, respectively, which indicates presence mobile oxygen vacancies. contribution processes loss temperature range interest (300–340 K) is, however, very low. dominated a strictly response resulting from phase transition respective range.
