The utilization and effectiveness of intranet: A case study at selected Malaysian organizations

摘要: This study was undertaken with the purpose of investigating effect intranet utilization modes on effective at user level perspectives. In addition it also seeks to investigate influence utilizations individual effectiveness. Based analysis 359 responses collected from four organizations operating in Malaysia, confirmed that consisting transacting, interacting and searching were predictors which comprised decision support knowledge sharing. Results showed precursor effectiveness measured terms task productivity, innovation sense accomplishment. Findings this have contributed into body three perspectives namely theoretical, methodological practical.
