摘要: Publisher Summary Many monoclonal antibodies obtained from hybridomas of mice and rats are directed against carbohydrates found in glycolipids and/or glycoproteins. This chapter provides a current list these antibodies. Some oligosaccharides highly immunogenic have been reported to bind many In such cases, only those that characterized or first published listed. Different the same oligosaccharide may, however, react with slightly different epitopes. Cells containing antigen below certain threshold concentration may high affinity but not low epitope. Differences isotypes must be considered when comparing this list.
