摘要: It is well known that chicken B cells develop in the bursa of Fabricius (BF), which categorized as gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT). Chicken GALT also includes Peyer's patch (PP) and cecal tonsil (CT). The relationship between these tissues during cell development currently unknown. In this study, we conducted comparative examination PP, CT BF embryogenesis using immunohistochemical staining. On day 13 (E13), accumulation MHC class II+ was observed intestine. Thereafter, Bu-1+ IgM+ appeared, their number continuously increased at same sites where were present. Similar results obtained CT. locations embryonic PP limited to two sites; near Meckel's diverticulum ileocecal junction. Anlage bursal follicles first appeared E13 developed thereafter. Immigration began E13, subsequently increased. When follicle eliminated from embryo by treatment with testosterone, observed. We concluded therefore start late time BF, appearance surface independent form BF.
