摘要: The effect of humidity on the frictional behavior head/disk interface is investigated. Experimental results show that stiction and friction are strongly affected by humidity, surface roughness, presence a lubricant film disk surface, dwell time. Ellipsometric measurements indicate adsorbed water grows nonlinearly with suggesting films major factor in causing at high humidity. >
