摘要: A method of sex sorting sperm is disclosed. The may be stained with a DNA selective fluorescent dye, which fluoresces when excited, dead quenching selectively quenches fluorescence emitted by the dye within membrane compromised sperm, and split enhancing dye. then sorted into one or more gender enriched subpopulations viable sperm.
