摘要: Provided are a functionalized, encapsulated fluorescent nanocrystal comprising liposome having therein one or more nanocrystals; use of the nanocrystals in detection systems; and method producing nanocrystals. A using functionalized affinity molecule bound thereto comprises contacting with sample so that complexes formed between substrate for which has binding specificity, if is present; exposing system to an excitation light source, detecting fluorescence peak emitted from complexes, present.
