摘要: The present invention provides a method for determining level of methotrexate polyglutamate (MTXPG) in cellular extract by resolving at least one MTXPG obtained from human undergoing therapy; and detecting resolved MTXPG, thereby the MTXPG. A can be useful, example, MTXPG3. MTXPG4 or MTXPG5 each species (MTXPG1 to MTXPG7) extract.
