摘要: Occurrence and distribution of 24 antibiotics from 7 categories were screened in sea cucumbers (Echinodermata: Holothuroidea) collected different coastal regions China. The samples simultaneously extracted purified using accelerated solvent extraction with in-cell clean-up analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. A total ten detected the concentrations ranging not to 32.8 μg/kg (dry weight). Sulfonamides are predominant a mean concentration 11.5 μg/kg weight), followed macrolides (11.3 μg/kg, dry weight) fluoroquinolones (11.2 μg/kg, High found South China Sea, implying that antibiotic pollution was geographical region-dependent, which further confirmed principal component analysis. It also levels slightly higher instant than dried ones. Hazard quotient calculation suggested no obvious human health risks associated consumption regarding antibiotics.
