摘要: This paper describes and analyzes the appearance, phase, photocurrent of titanium film surfaces after exposure to water vapor at 100–1000 °C. The experimental results show that higher than 300 °C can cause measurable oxidation surface, product is changed into rutile from anatase in a gradual phase transformation with temperature. In reaction, produced 500–900 °C mixed anatase. surface appearance change regularly temperature, an acicular be on 800 °C. density increases reaction comes maximum value However, further increase decreases.
