摘要: Abstract Background The BRAFV600E mutation is the most common genetic alteration in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). aim of this study to analyze clinicopathologic correlations mutation, BRAF V600E immunohistochemistry (IHC) and RNA situ hybridization (ISH) PTC. Methods This included 467 patients with PTC who underwent surgical resection. We studied using real-time PCR ISH tissue microarray (TMA). Results frequencies a positive by PCR, IHC, high were 84%, 86%, 70%, respectively, Conventional had higher rates all three tests than other histologic types. low ΔCt, significantly associated lymph node metastasis. was immunostaining for mutant protein (P  Conclusions Our results showed that IHC correlated mutation. suggests its clinical utility as screening tool In addition, score could be candidate marker aggressive behavior mutation-positive cases
