摘要: A diffusion couple of 3 mol% Y2O3–ZrO2 and titanium was isothermally annealed in argon at temperatures between 1100° 1550°C. The phases microstructure the ceramic side were investigated using scanning electron microscopy transmission microscopy, both attached to an energy-dispersive spectrometer. After annealing 1100°C/6 h, zirconia grains did not grow conspicuously evolved only traces oxygen, resulting t-ZrO2−x but α-Zr. At above 1300°C, a significant amount oxygen from zirconia, reducing O/Zr ratio, such that α-Zr excluded during cooling, yielding higher ratio (≈2). When held 1550°C/6 grew rapidly. segregated on grain boundaries cooling by exsolution zirconium ZrO2−x, while twinned t′-ZrO2−x or lenticular t-ZrO2−x, which embedded ordered c-ZrO2−x, found. c-ZrO2−x identified the{113} superlattice reflections its diffraction patterns.
