摘要: The increasing utilization of high-throughput screening (HTS) in toxicity studies engineered nano-materials (ENMs) requires tools for rapid and reliable processing analyses large HTS datasets. In order to meet this need, a web-based platform data (HDAT) was developed that provides statistical methods suitable ENM data. As publicly available computational nanoinformatics infrastructure, HDAT different plate normalization methods, various summarization statistics, self-organizing map (SOM)-based clustering analysis, visualization raw processed using both heat SOM. has been successfully used number toxicity, thereby enabling analysis mechanisms development structure?activity relationships toxicity. online approach afforded by should encourage standardization future advances as well facilitate convenient inter-laboratory comparisons
