Histopathological changes such disorganization red pulp, several infiltered lymphocytes, vacuolization, loss cellularity, karyolysis, dissolution matrix, indistinct differentiation between white pulp evident 2ZD 4ZD group animals. Degeneration more severe after 4 weeks giant cells formation hypertrophy also evident. Conclusion The findings revealed causes growth retardation splenomegaly. Degenerative atrophic rat suggest reduced cellular defense potential which will have a direct immunity. Zinc may prove be beneficial there varying degrees recovery cessation deficiency.
