Brazilian Spring Wheat Homogeneous Adaptation Regions can be Dissected in Major Megaenvironments

摘要: The objectives of this study were to investigate the pattern genotype environment interaction and identify megaenvironments (ME), essential test locations, suitable genotypes for each ME. plus by (GGE) biplot additive main effects multiplicative analysis (AMMI) used demonstrate potential using a graphical analyze (GEI) in data multienvironment trials (MET). These Central Cooperative Agricultural Research (COODETEC) evaluated 36 advanced breeding lines 27 check cultivars 3 years (2008– 2010) at 12 locations. Yield analyzed GGE AMMI methods. environments classified into two ME (i.e. ME1: Castro, Gua rapuava, Nao-Me-Toque, Abelardo Luz, Cachoeira do Sul; ME2: Campo Mourao, Dourados, Palmital, Palotina, Ponta Pora ,and Rolândia. In ME1, locations Guarapuava, Sul, Luz as ideal, while ME2, Pora, Dou rados Palotina close ideal. Guarapuava was location ME1; however identification an ME2 unclear. Superior identified both that could be valuable spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) improvement or released.
