摘要: The main objective of this work was the analysis barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) multienvironment trials (MET) first to identify superior genotypes for crop area in Iran, and second investigate if different megaenvironments exist. analyses were performed via GGE (genotype + genotype x environment) biplot methodology on grain yield 13 genotypes, selected from joint project Iran/ICARDA, grown three consecutive seasons (2003―2005) at six locations, representative major growing areas Iran. by-year combined showed that variation between locations always most important source variability. Collective yearly biplots able high-yielding their adaptation, suggested existence four megaenvironments. megaenvironment consisted location Ardabil (ARDA), where G11 highest yielder; another is represented by Kermanshah (KERM), with G2 as best genotype. comprised Maragheh (MARA) Zanjan (ZANJ), G13 yielder, whereas Ghamlo (GHAM) Shirvan (SHIR) made up fourth megaenvironment, G4 G10 recommended genotypes. SHIR, ZANJ, GHAM more are considered desirable selecting adapted whole target region. In contrast, ARDA discriminating high- low-yielding highest-yielding (G4, G3, G13) unstable over years, while (G5 G8) stable.
