摘要: Las fracturas vertebrales no traumaticas constituyen una causa importante de morbilidad, con secuelas dolorosas. Su principal etiologia es la osteoporosis, pero descartar otras etiologias, en particular las enfermedades malignas. La actitud terapeutica asocia el tratamiento del dolor, enfermedad causal, prevencion recidivas y preservacion autonomia paciente.
