摘要: This paper explores the possibility of making coatings with super friction-reducing and wear protection properties by using both sol–gel self-assembling techniques. The thin film TiO2 was firstly prepared on glass substrates via a method, followed sintering at 480°C. self-assembled monolayer Fluoroalkylsilane (FAS) were then to obtain TiO2–FAS dual-layer film. contact angle measurement X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy used determine wetting behavior chemical structure films, respectively. friction films sliding against steel ball examined macro tester. It is shown that FAS strongly adsorbed derived film, it hydrophobic. Good observed for substrate after duplex surface-modification top layer FAS.
