摘要: Collaboration in information-intensive work environments is enabled through information systems that facilitate the and knowledge exchange between collocated employees. As prior research suggests, social media platforms are a promising solution to realize electronic networks of practice bridging gap seeker experts as source an effective manner. To enhance understanding structural characteristics underlie employee’s interactions how each individually benefit from participating practice, we analyze content 15,505 enterprise microblogging messages created by 1,166 employees multi-national financial institution.
