摘要: Abstract This study aims to explore the grinding ability of as-sintered aggregated cubic boron nitride (AcBN) grains. Single-grain tests Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy are conducted, and wear characteristics AcBN grains their corresponding effects on material removal behaviour investigated. Characterisation morphologies micro-structure scratch is also performed. The force ratio, efficiency grain abrasives discussed. Results show that developed have multiple cutting edges better self-sharpening than conventional monocrystalline cBN In addition, feature a more stable larger volume, higher longer steady-wear regions.
