摘要: In this paper, we tried to evaluate the effect of water-fat separation on and optimize scan condition newly developed "Sandwiched" 3-point Dixon method at 0.35 Tesla (T), for knee joint imaging. Using a 0.35T superconductive open magnet system with solenoid type coil, one male two female normal volunteers (27-37 y.o.) underwent Each sequence provided good separated images. At 0.35T, gradient echo better contrast than spin echo. Optimal cartilage-marrow cartilage-fluid could be obtained frip angle (FA) 90 degrees. There was no significant correlation between cartilage-marrow, repetition time (TR) values within tested range. Cartilage-fluid were both best an FA degrees sequence. TR from 350 ms 650 did not cause any difference in fat suppressed This is useful only practical choice obtaining T1 weighted images magnetic resonance (MR) imaging 0.35T.
