摘要: Two normal volunteers and three patients with CT evidence of fatty infiltration the liver (two nonuniform, one diffuse) were studied to determine whether magnetic resonance imaging using a pulse sequence designed differentiate fat water could be used detect in human beings. The technique modified spin echo (simple proton spectroscopic imaging) that was specifically exploit difference rate precession between protons molecule acid molecule. Images obtained in-phase opposed techniques added or subtracted order obtain pure images. Quantitative data showed can separated from technique, image is more sensitive small changes hepatic content than images any time.
