摘要: ABSTRACT The process by which hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) residing in the bone marrow differentiate into blood is known as hematopoiesis. In event of hemorrhagic shock, it crucial for HSC to rapidly new committed erythroid progenitor that will give rise erythrocytes. Growth factors and cytokines enhance self-renewing are therefore restoring normal levels body. Hematopoietic-inducing agents (HIAs) such cytokine erythropoietin granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor play a vital role hematopoiesis because they capable inducing proliferation cells. aim current study mathematically model effect HIA on rate at varying oxygenation. was analyzed constructing set coupled ordinary differential equations upon mathematical analysis performed. makes predictions activity during low oxygen (ranging from 3% 15%) similar conditions ranging acute loss conditions.
